I don't usually write reviews, in fact I think this is my first review. I've seen this product all over the Internet so I figured I cave in and buy it. I've been bouncing around through different hair products but I have found a keeper. My hair is naturally black but right now it is like bleach blonde. So obviously not in great shape. I think it's too soon if my hair is feeling thicker or anything BUT, the growth is crazy. I'm skeptical about sooooo many products. And I don't believe things actually work. But this.. I did a before and after picture and I'm impressed! My hair grows SO slow it's not even funny. I go get a trim and I swear it's like months before it grows back. Now the picture I posted when you first look at it it doesn't look different but if you look at where my hair is hitting on the words on the back of my shirt you can see the difference. First off, I never review products, and I would have never imagined myself to have such rave reviews for adult gummy vitamins. But I figured that as a 22-year old woman who has dealt with hair loss and thinning at the part for a majority of her teenage and young adult life, my experience with this product may be worth sharing. After a parent was diagnosed with a chronic illness when I was a teenager, stress and hair loss (and stress because of hair loss, etc.) had become a normal part of my life. Countless doctor appointments, hair specialist visits and blood tests had ruled out the possibilities of allergic reactions, genetic disorders, and hormonal imbalances. It wasn't until my general practitioner finally mentioned that the causes were likely stress and nutrition-related that I started doing research into vitamins to treat my deficiencies, and boy, am I glad I did. Soon after, I came across SugarBearHair--which I recognized from the plethora of promotions made by the Kardashian clan and other celebrities--and quite frankly, I was skeptical about its legitimacy. But by this point, I was at my wits end after years of treatments and finding no real results, so I figured I would give this a try for at least one month...
I am not exaggerating when I say that the results have been FANTASTIC. In the last month, I have received comments from my hairstylist, hair loss specialist and family about my hair regrowth. My hair looks fuller now than it has in years, with thick hair regrowth on the back of my head. I can also see my thinning part beginning to slowly fill out. To say that I am RELIEVED AND ASTONISHED would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. It should also be noted that I am using this product in combination with other vitamins, Spironolactone and birth control pills targeted at preventing hair loss, as well as better managing my stress, sleep, exercise and diet. I have never written a review for any of the hundreds of times I’ve bought through amazon prime over the last three years but I absolutely had to give this product some props. I’ve had naturally curly, very thick hair, and super strong, fast-growing nails my entire life, always have gotten compliments on my hair and my nails and as silly as it sounds, wished my hair was thinner because it was SO much to deal with. As I’ve gotten older (I’m 30 at the time of writing this) my hair has thinned out. After my second child was born almost seven months ago.. My hormones took over and my hairline was visually receding like a grown man’s. My fingernails were never affected and have remained strong and beautiful, but my face and scalp dried out extremely bad and my hair was just falling out excessively. I couldn’t put my hair up anymore and did everything I could to hide my bald spots. I cried everyday. My doctor told me eventually my hair should start growing back but it takes time. I’ve had friends who have had this problem and their hair NEVER grew back so I was mortified remembering how little hair my grandma had when she died at age 65. I was hesitant on trying these because I’ve heard gummy vitamins don’t absorb as well but I was willing to try anything to get my hair back. It’s a 6 week difference between these pics. So far I have purchased 2 bottles of these vitamins, and within those two short months I have seen SIGNIFICANT change in the appearance of my hair. I was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata in October of 2017. I tried a variety of products for my hair loss, but to no avail. When I first started taking these vitamins in December of 2017 I had several developing bald spots. Some were extremely noticeable and hard to hide. I had heard A LOT of these amazing hair growth vitamins via social media, so I decided to give it a shot. I wasn’t confident that these would even help my autoimmune condition, but I figured there couldn’t be any damage in trying. After a couple months, BAM, my bald spots were ENTIRELY covered with new growth and my existing hair had grown quite noticeably considering I had chopped my hair off a few months prior. I’m not saying by any means that this product can cure Alopecia, or that it will work the same for individuals suffering from the same condition as I. This hair gummy supplement works well for me. I’ve notices over 2 inches within two months of using this for one month. Plus my nails have grown out rapidly. It is not a slow but steady process and each person hair grows at a different rate. I’ve noticed my skin looks brighter and clearer as well. I have had NO side effects. Yes do drink lots of water as we should everyday. I actually prefer this over hairfinity pills because I had breakouts when I used it and even though it works quicker than sugarbear hair gummies, I will use the latter instead cause I didn’t have any reactions. But I’d recommend the product.

I straighten my hair every day, this makes my growth rate really slow but taking these vitamins for one month my hair grew 3 inches all around!!
I bought another bottle after my first month and the same result!
In total my hair has grown 6 inches!!
And i had a bad nail bitting habbit, usally they grown back in about a week for me and i would chew on them again but with these vitamins after 3 to 4 days i have nails again.
This has really helped me stop my habbits and im so happy to have long nails again!
But honestly for any vitamins it depends on your own body for how much these vitamins affect you.
I would recommend these because they work for me amazingly!
Although i did see an increase in my overall hair growth, i had to shave my legs and pluck my eyebrows more often.

3 month transformation
Ever since they bleached my hair in order to dye it blonde my hair became thinner. Before it was a medium to thick texture hair so not having that was sad. I've done a lot of research of what I can eat/do to grow it back thicker and a lot of the results came back saying to try pills like hairfinity. Problem is I don't like the idea of taking pills and not to mention the bad taste and acne many experienced after. I first saw these gummies all over my social media feed, I was interested but thought it was a overhyped product, especially when I saw the Kardashians advertising it. I’m an African American female who joined the natural hair community over 2 years ago. My hair texture is kinky coily 4C and wouldn’t grow past a certain length even with protective styles and natural oils. January 2018, I purchased these vitamins after doing my research and reading the reviews on here. I also changed my diet, eating more leafy greens and drinking more water and focused on skincare to avoid breaking out. I was shocked when I started seeing results after two weeks, not only was my hair growing longer, the sparse areas in my edges grew back and I had new hair growing around my hair line pushing it forward. My nails also grew and hairs on the other parts of my body both wanted and unwanted lol. My sister is my hair stylist and she too noticed my hair growth but convinced me it was my new diet and healthy lifestyle rather than the gummies, so I stopped taking them after February. Unfortunately, my hair stopped growing, my edges started getting sparse and my nails were not as strong. After 3 months with no progress, I repurchased the Sugar Bear Hair Gummies in June. I’m writing this review a month later and MY HAIR IS GROWING AGAIN!! This time I did have some break outs pop up during the first week but they went away and I haven’t had anymore show up. The only con I have is the price, almost $40 a month is adds up but I recommend you try it out. Sorry for the long review.

I have only been taking these for a month and a half and I have seen lots of new hair growth. I am very happy with the vitamins. I have colitis and most other good vitamins upset my stomach so I try and take them before bed. But these I can take anytime and they don’t upset my stomach or make me gag. For the price you can’t go wrong. They are very reasonably priced. If you want cheap vitamins expect a cheap results. I personally don’t buy cheap vitamins ever for me or my family. I also didn’t experience any acne. If you did get acne from these vitamins it’s most likely the biotin and not the vitamins. I didn’t get one blemish. Also don’t expect any vitamins to help with dry or damaged hair. Hair is dead protein. I saw some reviews of people upset that the vitamins didn’t help their dry damaged hair, try a leave in conditioning treatment for that. How someone would expect a vitamin to help old hair growth is beyond. The vitamin nutrition doesn’t travel down hair lol. These vitamins will help with the condition of your new hair growth but won’t help old hair growth nothing will. Very happy with the results.

I am the last one to give anything a good review for no reason. So believe me when I say with all honesty, I just finished my first bottle (I got the 3 month supply because your system doesnt take some time to adjust and if you want something that works and lasts, you will never get anything that will give you what you want over night.

But for starters, first off my nails have never grown this evenly, quickly or have ever been this strong. Ever. My family are the toughest cridicts and even they noticed (whaaaa) lol
Second, I have daily extream anxiety and stress and to be honest I am not a stranger to depression, so when my hair got as thin as it was I really thought there was something wrong with me... After a slight change in diet (just eating a little better) and taking this, ONE MONTH my hair is 2 inches longer and is looking healthier. It used to take a few months for it to grow an inch and a half.. It got really bad.

My hair already grows faster than the average persons, these gave me over an inch of hair growth a month. They’re expensive, but they work. If you’re serious about growing your hair out these are awesome but you can’t just buy one month and expect a huge change. The downside is the sugar. You also should talk to your doctor about them or any biotin supplement, because I had blood work done and it came back showing my thyroid was hyperactive. So that was a scare, but then I told her the kind of vitamin I was taking and she said it was fine. Also, they make all of your hair grow faster so prepare for more frequent shaving, waxing, tweezing, and manicures.

k so I am totally guilty of seeing these on Instagram a while ago (was it Kylie??) and saying screw it I’ll at least try a bottle or 2. Well I have used 2 1/2 bottles now, which is about 10 weeks or so, and had to write a review.
First - they really taste like candy. I went for gummies as I honestly can not swallow anymore stinky gross biotin, fish oil etc capsules.
Second - taking these during a quarantine was probably a bad idea... my hair is growing like crazy! I’m glad I fully committed to balayage over the last few years... I swear my hair has grown almost 2 inches in the last 2 months and I have the roots to prove it lol.
Third - I have crazy sensitive skin and definitely noticed in the past I would break out when taking certain supplements (usually hair/skin/nails formulas) and this has not happened with these.

I like taking gummies. I have a hard time swallowing pills, especially large vitamins. They taste really good. But, the amazing thing is they work!!! My nails and my hair were breaking off due to some medicine I was taking. I tried several things with no results. I was so discouraged. My nails would break down to the quick and my hair had little pieces sticking up all over. Within two weeks I began to notice a difference and at the one month mark even better. I’ve seen these bad boys all over Instagram and YouTube and have always been curious about them. After a really bad haircut (I mean like random choppy layers, the kind that make you cry when you finally get home and take a closer look) I decided I needed to boost my hair growth. This is my first time ever posting a review but I have to share my thoughts on these vitamins! Ive taken these vitamins before last year but had to stop for personal reasons. I started taking them about a month ago and already my hair has grown a couple of inches! Of course, when taking these vitamins you have to also take care of your hair. I chopped my hair, cut off all split ends, I do hair treatments, and I stay away from heat products and if I do use them ALWAYS use heat protection spray. Now the only downside which is also expected, is breaking out in the beginning but it’s normal because your body in simply trying to adjust to a new daily intake. Just like medications or other vitamins so your body needs to get familiar. In general, these vitamins has helped my hair by making it so smooth, thick, and it’s definitely getting longer. Definitely worth the price in my opinion as they are vegan and they do provide the vitamins you need to have healthy strong hair! Highly recommend these! Love them!

These are most definitely worth the hype and price tag. I've been taking them for 6 months now and have seen a tremendous difference. Two reasons I know they work. The first is that I had a child a year ago and my hair started falling out, which is common after having a baby, and this product stopped the fall out completely after a couple weeks. The second is that I cut my hair very, very short 6 years ago and haven't been able to grow it out past a certain point ever since. It would just start getting dead ends and have to be trimmed. However, not anymore. My hairdresser can't believe how fast my hair has been growing and it is the longest it has been in 6 years!!! Give it a try. You will see a difference in just 2 months.

i wish i bought it sooner
I have seen the ads on Instagram for this product since 2017. I have very fine dry color damaged hair, and it always seems to never make it past my shoulders, it always breaks off. Then, 3 months ago I said what the h*** and bought a bottle. I can honestly say for me this one of the best decisions I’ve made in awhile. My hair is finally long! It’s still fine and the volume/density hasn’t increased but my length has! I’m so glad I quit being cheap and took a risk on this product! I hate that I like these because I know who they're endorsed by... However, they actually do seem to work. Other attempts at sticking to a hair vitamin routine have gone south when I would either forget, or they would give me an upset stomach. These actually taste great so I remember to take them, and I've never had any gastrointestinal issues. I feel a bit like a 12 year old girl popping something that looks like a Care-Bear emoji, but they actually seem to have improved the texture and quality of my hair over the past few months so I got over it.

I bought this because I got my hair done at a beauty school a couple years ago. They FRIED my hair and damaged it horribly. I finally got all the damage but out, but suddenly my hair was growing slower than it ever has and was having breakage problems. I've dyed my hair for the last 18 years and have never had issues with that so the fact that my un-dyed hair was breaking drove me nuts and left me with frizzy baby hairs everywhere. Since starting these my hair isn't breaking, I'm shedding less than I always have, and my hair is growing crazy. I forgot a before picture, so instead I attached a picture of my roots. When I got these, I was skeptical. My sister-in-law told me about them. I read all the reviews about getting acne from them and whatnot. I decided to try them anyway. I am so happy I did. My nails were SO thin before these gummies. I could literally tear them. My thumb nails kept splitting down the middle and I would constantly be bending my nails backwards (like, halfway up my nail and causing it to bleed and bruise). I started taking these almost two months ago and my nails have almost completely grown out, so the thin and cracked part is almost gone. My hair has also been improving. I have thin, straight hair. I was losing so much hair that my hubby wouldn't let me shower without a hair catcher because the drain had to be cleaned out every other day or so. It was bad. Since I've been using these, my shedding has decreased dramatically. It's amazing. I genuinely recommend these gummies. I got two pimples when I first started taking them, but I was taking both at once. I started taking one in the morning and one in the evening and I haven't had a problem since. Everyone's skin and bodies are different, so my honest opinion is to try them for at least a month (if not longer) and if you do get acne, just see if your body gets used to it.

I had never even heard of sugarbearhair before or seen it on Instagram but one day back in January, I got the worst hair cut of my life and sought out to find a quick remedy if possible. I started taking SBH in January 14 and just finished my third bottle. This stuff is insane. I literally never write reviews, I just read them! But this was something i felt the need to review. I did SBH for four months just about and had no breakouts, no weird side effects or anything. Just hair that grew like a weed and nails that are strong and long. I was very nervous to purchase this product after reading other reviews about the acne. I am prone to acne usually so I contemplated buying this for a while, but was desperate for hair growth so I ended up just doing for it. I am on day 20 of these, and no acne whatsoever. If anything, my face is more clear than it ever has been before. It sounds like from other reviewers, that if they aren't prone to acne, this makes them get it and vice versa. However I have to laugh when people say it made their hair grow because your hair grows every month anyway! It seems like it's no different than taking Biotin. I have to say a lot of the hype is about how great they taste. While it's important that they don't taste like road kill,it concerns me that if these cute little bears that taste like berry will fall into cute little hands that love the taste and take too much so be responsible if you have children and keep them stored as if you would store medicine. I read the reviews and was skeptical but for about dollar a day and my normal hair back I took the plunge. I'm a 31 y/o caucasian woman and due to having a baby and then other health issues, my once super plentiful and gorgeous hair had started thinning out BAD! Like...looking up hair fiber reviews kinda bad. Lo and behold the dark horse miracle for me, Sugarbearhair. I started noticing results within about a week or two. The parts on my head that were starting to feel naked definitely didn't feel naked anymore!! I dont experience near the amount of fallout I had before I started the gummies. Also- I read the parts about the acne and I am horribly prone to it..haven't noticed a difference at all. If anything my skin actually seems to be pretty chill at the moment. I put one of these in water and it took two weeks to separate and fall apart. I was suspicious just looking at that synthetic color. I then put one in vinegar. It took several days to open, expand and fall apart. I really wonder if they ever leave your stomach and what the intestines would do with them it they got down there,

So i finally finished the bottle I bought after missing a week or so. I plan to buy more because this product really helped with the rampant shedding I had and I now have edges. My edges were non existent prior to starting these vitamins and when they would try to grow they were thin and brittle. My hair is now thicker and much stronger and growing nicely. In fact, everywhere that hair grows is growing faster and longer. My nails were never really a problem but while taking these vitamins they grow faster than usual and are a lot stronger. Unfortunately I did NOT see any visible improvements in my skin. Which would have been a plus by the way.

I've been using this product for about a month now and have noticed some new hair growing in and the growth rate of the hair on my legs is definitely on the increase. My fingernails, which have always been brittle are beginning to show some signs of more flexibility & strength. I'm going to stick with this product and see how I do with it. I received and starting using this product 15days ago - I am desperate to find something that will help my fine/fragile hair stop breaking and start growing. I will admit I was trepidatious after reading some reviews about the adverse reaction people experienced with cystic acne and breakouts after taking these vitamins. (I've been on spironlactone for about 5 months to help hormonal breakouts - I'm 36yrs old - and have a long history of problems with acne). But like I said - I've reached a point of such desperation over my hair, I was willing to roll the dice based on the positive reviews I also read.

I am VERY happy to report that not only have I not broken out (yet), but I've also started to get compliments on glowy my skin is looking (from loved ones who I'm seeing at an appropriate social distance and my live-in partner). And I've also started to notice how much softer my skin feels, and how much smoother my face feels when I apply product the last few days.

UPDATE: welp I’m a believer. A little over 2 months in and I finally went and got my hair cut after quarantine and my stylist was blown away. Honestly so am I. My poor damaged strands feel fuller, softer, healthier and are definitely starting to grow slowly but surely. Keep in mind I’ve been doing far less heat styling and haven’t colored bc of the pandemic, but I do feel there is a quite a noticeable improvement to my hairs overall condition since taking these. 2 years pp and the hair fallout wouldn't stop... we're talking full drain clog amounts every shower. Got a new biotin shampoo and these pills and almost overnight the fallout diminished by 80%. I wish I had a before picture. I have very thin hair that is extremely difficult to grow past the bottom of my shoulder blades. Now, after only a month, the longest part of my hair is down to my lower back. It's probably grown at least 3 inches in only a month! I have never been able to grow my hair this long, and I've only been taking one per day. I just recently found out I should be taking 2-3 per day.

First of all if they don't work until you've finished a large bottle by regular use. If you think this is odd that's because you don't understand how long it tskes to process nutrients into the dead cells that make your hair skin and nails. For full effect you should be on them for about 4 months. This is true for EVERY hair skin and nails product because that's how the human body works.

I have been using this product on and off for several years. It’s amazing for hair and nail growth. I recently started back up taking these and my hair has already grown 5 inches. I also notice my hair feels extra soft and healthy and my skin literally glows.
I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews regarding the color of the caplets... but if you do your research the color is not chemical. It’s color is made from bugs... The only negative thing I have to say about these supplements is that I’ve noticed it gives me pretty intense heartburn if I take it on an empty stomach.
Take with food or milk and you should be fine.

I used to have horrid fingernails, one got squashed between an APC and a trailer in VN in 1968 and forever was dented in and felt awful, my other nails always split and bled and I had to keep then real short. Always had to file them to stop them from ripping when I put my hands in my pockets. My skin is great considering (got a little burned in VN) AND my hair, I'm 70 and it is light brown, rather long and not a bald spot. (hereditary)

Nothing is a miracle cure. If it was, we would never have a wrinkle, have thick lustrous hair and be think and tone. That said, I definitely notice my hair is thicker and grows faster after using an entire bottle. I use numerous skin products so it is hard to point to any one thing regarding my skin. I know my nails are growing faster because I keep my nails extremely short due to my job and I have to flip them more frequently. Out of all the supplements I have tried, I feel this is the best, at the best price and definitely is the most comprehensive. I have purchased a second bottle.

This product is amazing. I love it. New go-to bc you can't beat it for the price. My nails have always been soft and easy to break - this stuff caused a 180 - I have SUPER strong nails now and they grew REAL fast - not to mention my hair has gown literally twice as fast since I started taking these things last month. Hasn't really helped my hair, but my nails grow in much faster and healthier and my face has drastically cleared up. I suffered from adult acne much of my life, but this (along with a few changes) has seemed to help. Nothing has seemed to change the thickness of my hair though. I think that's just the aging process (lol). The only downside I have with taking these, is they do taste a little funky and to drink PLENTY of water because your urine will smell a little strong the first time you go to the bathroom. But, overall, the benefits are amazing to my skin and nails!

Thought I was getting their gummies, which have less Vitamins, and are meant to be chewed and so have better taste. Don't need some of these extra vitamins as I am already getting elsewhere. This is a simple vitamin, I have ordered it before twice and I must say it is a good bargain for what you pay. I must say this: it cannot work miracles but I find it quite helpful in helping my own nails grow longer and thicker with less breakage and helping my hair get longer then it would without the vitamin. Even so, these things take time. Every person's body is different. I do not have issues with thinning hair at all so I cannot comment on that aspect of this vitamin. All I can say is I like what it does for me and I feel their price is worth what I get in return.

I've been taking these for years I knew my nails had grown so hard I could no longer bite them (nail biting cured for the first time in my life) but as to hair I wasn't sure. It was thinning due to thyroid issues anyway.

My hair has been thinning for years. The dr said it is caused mostly by a thyroid problem as well as being a senior citizen. I bought these because my nails were weak and flaking, which had never happened in my almost 30 years of life. I didn't have much expectations, but I was surprised how fast this worked. In a month my nails were back to normal, strong, no flaking, no breaking. In addition, I noticed a big reduction on the amount of random inflamed acne on my face. I don't know how much of these benefits came from the vitamins or anything else that I could be doing, like a healthy diet or skin care, but I don't plan to stop taking them for now. I take them with breakfast because it's uncomfortable to take them on an empty stomach.
