appetite gone It is a little stronger taste than what I'm used to but I really love it. It has worked so well on curbing my appetite but I do not feel jittery or any other adverse feelings. I feel great and want to get things accomplished. I'm loving this product.

Love it We love this coffee! Smooth flavor I don't even need creamer with this it is not bitter. It definitely does curb appetite for me. I love to have a cup in the afternoon

Taste is great BAETEA IS AWESOME, I wasn't sure how well it would work on a guy but it worked wonders! My gf and I both use it to see the difference in "The competitors" and I like to say it was waaaaay more effective! First I like that I only have to drink the tea once a day vs creating a night routine of drinking a 2nd pack. All in all, I lost water weight, created effective eating habits since it curbed my appetite and had a sh*t ton of energy for gym routine and work! I made a 2nd order for my gf and I plus one for her mom! The only critique I have is the cute strawberry strainer having smaller holes. I replaced it with the metal clasp strainer at Walmart but I the rubber strawberry doesn't rust like that one does. I'd love if you gave an option of a smaller hole strainer for those of use that don't do well with texture in drinks lol! Still 5 stars!

helps me loose weight fast This coffee really helps losing weight and control my appetize. But it is not happening right away, it takes 1-2 months before you will see or feel a difference. But as I stopped buying it, I felt the difference in appetite and weight so now I make sure I always have supplies in my house. I do drink it with steamed whole milk which is not recommended but I still see a great effect!! I recommended to anyone wants to lose weight and enjoys drinking coffee!

Follow instructions! Just got it! I’m going to try it tomorrow, the ingredients are very beneficial, I love the tips on the other side of the instructions, I’ve worked in a nutrition environment for about 11 years, and those tips for slimming down are right on target! 15 days last more like 30 Have had this for a few days and at first I didn't think I would like it but I enjoy the taste and it seems to work better each day. I have recommended it to friends. We will see what the results are after 30 days. So far it seems to be working nicely.

Flavor is fire I don't buy into the weight loss gimmick anything. I simply enjoy a nice cup of instant coffee on the go. This had the perfect amount of caffeine kick but needs a stronger flavor. I need to use 2 packets for full flavor. Will buy again.

Not everyone or everywhere has a Kuerig. However, the ingredients are slightly different in that the instant has Jerusalem artichoke which is beneficial source of fiber and helps with blood sugar while the k cups have ginseng. Both are great. So I alternate bc to much fiber from the instant will have you in the bathroom. Both will give you natural energy not the jittery noticeable kind. Sometimes I add the instant in the morning and around 2pm when I’m feeling sluggish I’ll have a k cup. I also like the flavor of both. The instant packets are nice on the go. Not everyone or everywhere has a Kuerig.

instant loss of weight This is the ONLY instant coffee I will drink. It is packed with vitamins but you can’t even taste them! I love stocking up and having them on hand. They’re perfectly packaged and are super easy to mix into hot water!

love the ingredients I love the energy this gives me and the great taste!! Most coffees are too acidic for me, and actually make my stomach hurt. I love that it has B vitamins, fiber and garcinia cambogia, and I don't have to swallow pills to get all of these things. I already have too many supplements and pills to swallow. The only way they could make this better is to have a package that would tear. I have to use a scissors for this. Too early to tell if I've lost weight, but I feel great on this coffee!

Instant coffee slimming coffee I do not like strong coffee or hot coffee, which is why I love this! The taste is very mellow and perfect. I prefer these packets so I can mix/shake it up in cold milk, coconut milk or almond milk instead of using water in the Keurig machine with a pod and it being hot. It does mix up and dissolve easily in the cold milk and I barely have to add any sweetener to it.

Goals are met This coffee is just great. Great tasting, and I love feeling that it has great extra stuff in it to help me with my dietary goals for my body!

I absolutely love the convenience of this product. Sometimes in the morning I don’t have time to make coffee so I just use my instant hot water pot and throw one of these in there and I’m good to go. It really helps for someone who is always on the go and is really tight on time. Flavor is great and it really helps my metabolism.
