How do I prepare the teas?

Do any of your blends contain caffeine?
All of our teas contain caffeine through natural sources. Usually equivalent to about half a cup of coffee, however our blends contain ingredients with complex carbohydrates which will not result in a sugar crash or caffeine crash. You should not have any jittery effects as well!
